Clark RUBUYE was born on June 3, 1976 in Bukavu, South Kivu, Democratic Republic of Congo. At the time of his birth, his mother gave him the name of Kizito (martyr of the Gospel) who was the youngest martyr of Uganda.
Supervised by his mother, a devout Catholic woman, every Friday he was in fasting and prayer with his mother, because being illiterate, he was the one who had to read and write for her. As a mass servant, he had to go to church every day and on Sundays. Every month Clark Rubuye went to the convent of sisters and religious priest to pray and adore the Lord. At the age of 12, he gave his life to the Lord within the Catholic Church in the group of the charismatic renewal. A friend of priests and religious sisters, he felt the call to serve the Lord as monks, then as a Carmelite father, and in order to serve as a missionary father.
Advised and accompanied by the nuns, Little Sisters of Jesus, he grew and served the Lord in the Catholic Church. In 1998, invited by his friend to a prayer group for young Protestants, he changed his religion and became a Protestant.
